I like this mantra from Jon Batiste. He talked about it on the Tim Ferriss Podcast. I use it for myself. After every line I pause for a few seconds, before I read the next line. There is a power in it, in its simplicity and clarity that I really love. And it really helps me calm down and focus and just being in the moment. The current moment is everything that matters.
