Yesterday evening we watched a film together: I See You. It wasn’t outstanding, but it was decent. It served its purpose. I found it suspenseful, and the many twists were the reason for that. None of them left me with a negative feeling. On the contrary, they cast a new light on the same story, expanding it, making it richer. I found that very positive. The film has flaws, but I can overlook them because it achieved something. In the end, I wasn’t distracted — I was entertained. And that’s a good sign for a passive activity, something that’s becoming harder and harder to find these days.
